Poha Rolls

 
Ingredients:
  • Poha-1/3 cup
  • Bread slices- 4 no
  • Water- little
  • Salt -required to taste
  • Green chillies - 2 no chopped (or) Chilipowder-1tsp
  • Carrot- 1 no grated
  • Onion- 1no chopped
  • Sooji ravva/Bombay ravva- little for binding
  • Kothimeer for garnishing
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  • Take a vessel or a bowl,add the poha,grated carrot,green chillies or red chilipowder ,onion and salt.
  • Now dip the bread slices in the water and press with the hands to remove the water.
  • Add this bread in to the bowl and mix well.(Water not required)
  • Heat the pan with oil.
  • Now take a small mixture from the bowl and roll it and just roll it on a plate with Sooji.
  • Dip them slowly in to the hot oil and fry them well til they turn in to golden color.
  • Place them on a plate with a tissue paper to absorb any excess oil.
  • Serve them on a plate by garnishing with kothimeer,Onion & Tomatoes.
  • Yummy....Yummy Poha rolls are ready to taste with Tomato Ketchup!!!
