Whole Brinjal Fry

  • Brinjals - Long Type 6 no
  • Oil  for frying
For Filling:
3.Spicy Dry Coconut Powder ( Same as Vellulipaaya Karam ,but don;t use Garlic pods replace Dry Coconut)

  • Clean the brinjals with water.
  • Use a dry cloth to remove water from brinjals.
  • Remove the tails of Brinjal and by using a knife mark inside the brinjal with it like a straight line.;don't cut last completely
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry the Brinjals and take in to a plate; put the Filling powder as ur choice.
  • Taste it with steamed Rice and enjoy it!!
