Stuffed Capsicum Fry/Bunga Mirapakaya Fry


Ingridients:
  • Small Size Capsicum /BungaMirapakaya- 6no
  • Senaga Pindi/Besan/Gram flour (Or) Pappula Podumu
  • Salt- to taste
  • Cooking Oil to mix the Powder
Method:
  • Clean the Capsicum & dry it by using a cloth.
  • Take a bowl add  Pappula Podumu or Senaga Pindi / Besan / Gram Flour and salt.
  • Mix well and sprinkle little oil and mix it.
  • Now take a knife and point to the capsicum to cut vertically  ( | ) .Stuff the mixed mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry them well turning on both sides.
  • Remove it to a Bowl.
  • Serve it with Rice and Enjoy!!
Tip:
  • If you feel the Capsicums may turn black while frying to avoid these,first fry those capsicums for a while in the oil.
  • Later stuff the mixture and fry it!!
