Capsicum & Paneer

Hi Friends, I tried this recipe ,it came perfect and tasted good. All my Family members & my brother enjoyed it. So here goes the recipe for you all.

  • Capsicum -1
  • Red Bell Pepper-1
  • Paneer pieces
  • Tomato-1 medium size
  • Salt to taste
  • Kasuri methi /Dried Fenugreek-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric-
  • Green Chillies- 3no
  • Oil-1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
  • Ginger small piece
  • Hing /Asoefetida a pinch
  • Cut the Paneer and Capsicum,red bell pepper in to medium size pieces.
  • Heat oil in the pan.
  • Fry the Paneer pieces and remove it before it changes its color.
  • Now add the Peppers and fry it ,don't cook to become more soft.
  • Now make a puree with the tomato, green chilly, ginger.
  • Now add oil in the same pan if there is no oil, add the cumin seeds, fenugreek leaves, salt, turmeric,& hing.
  • Add the puree and cook well .
  • When you observe the oil on the top add the pieces of  paneer  & salt .
  • Add water if you need.
  • Cook well and serve it with rice or rotis.
  • Also you can serve to kids with the barbeque stick.
  • Enjoy well.
