Ravva Laddo with Melon & Poppy Seeds

Very quick & easy Ravva Laddoo ...🦜

Prepared  with Sooji/Bombay Ravva, fresh grated coconut, ghee mixed up with few melon & poppy seeds!!

First in a wide pan fry the nuts in a ghee & keep it aside.
Later fry the Bombay ravva , fresh coconut mix well.
Then add the sugar, Elachi powder & melon seeds, poppy seeds.

Finally prepare balls when its bit warm by adding little ghee to the palms & store it in an air-tight container.

Enjoy this sweet .

Quinoa + Rice Combo

This is super easy to try & add in our meal ..
Just need some chopped veggies of your choice , keep it readily .
Vegetable oil or olive oil can be used for variation .
Take quinoa 1/2cup & rice very little .
Wash the rice & drain the water ,keep it a side.
Now in a small vessel or pressure cooker add the oil, prepare seasoning with mustard , cuminseeds,curyleaves, once it splatters add the chopped veggies, green chillies & saute them well.
Now add the quinoa & rice mix well .
Add water (1:2 ratio) or little less also fine .
Adjust with salt, pressure cook for 4 whistles.

Once the pressure releases, open the lid mix well , garnish with cilantro .
Serve along with a piece of lime or curd / Raita .

Adding a variety  of vegetables to this meal may helps to feed children 😊
