This recipe is very easy & simple cooking process and it was known to me from "Aaha Emi Ruchi" telecasted in Gemini T.V (Telugu T.V. Channel),showed the preparation by the Women from West Godavari District ,India. When I get time ,once my Kid goes to school,I used to do my housework along by seeing or Listening to the programs in the Channels.I was getting more interest now to know variety recipes for not only to try and taste, also to share in My Cooking Blog.I liked  this recipe when it was shown in the Channel and soon sharing this  recipe for you all without any delay.

  • Once it is done ,remove these cooked Idli and dip this to the hot boiled milk and let it be for 5minutes ,in order to absorb some milk.
  • Serve this by taking in to a bowl by sprinkling with few nuts & Elachi powder.
  • You can also add fresh grated coconut while making the batter.
  • You can also serve it by keeping chilled.
  • This sweet recipe can be made as a variety of  "Naivedyam " to God.
