Banana Milk Shake

This can be prepared easily with the ripen bananas  & milk .
Add the banana pieces in to a blender along with milk . Blend it well . Serve it chilled by adding chocolate chips on the top!

Enjoy with your kids !

Pancakes

Hello everyone,
Today I made the pancakes for breakfast 🥞by using the below ingredients, Made the batter by using the eggs & milk in a bowl.
Add the pan , pour the batter with a laddle , cook it & serve with your favourite maple syrup ,whip cream & sprinkles , fruit toppings!!

Bhelpuri





Bhelpuri is one of my kids favorite snack item especially my daughter wants me to make it daily 😊
As a mom I am very happy to make her often by adding various vegetables & nuts to feed her.
It’s very easy to make at home .When I started making this snack at home , my children stopped their interest to go out & eat at outside chat Centers!!

Here is the method how I prepared.
In a wide bowl added chopped tomatoes & onions, boiled peanuts 🥜,bengal gram , papdi pieces, Sev ,coriander powder, salt , red chilli powder , Sweet & spicy chutney , Bhelpuri chutney , Puffed rice ...
Mix well .
Add cilantro & serve it I a bowl or in cone shaped hard paper tomato enjoy our Indian style street or home memories !!

Veg Hakka Noodles


Hi all ..

Veg Hakka Noodles is simple & easy to prepare .
Take any brand of Veg Hakka Noodles packer from store.
Boil water in a vessel by adding salt & little oil.Once it’s done drain excess water & coo it down by keeping a side or by running under cold water.
Add the Noodles & cook well .
Meanwhile have the veggies chopped of your choice like carrot , capsicum, onion , beans etc.
Sauté them in oil, by adding little soya sauce , Vinegar.
You can also add any variety of hot sauces too at this point . Mix well .
Add the cooked Noodles, garnish with spring onions & Cilantro .
Enjoy the dish !!

Ravva Laddo with Melon & Poppy Seeds




Very quick & easy Ravva Laddoo ...🦜

Prepared  with Sooji/Bombay Ravva, fresh grated coconut, ghee mixed up with few melon & poppy seeds!!

First in a wide pan fry the nuts in a ghee & keep it aside.
Later fry the Bombay ravva , fresh coconut mix well.
Then add the sugar, Elachi powder & melon seeds, poppy seeds.

Finally prepare balls when its bit warm by adding little ghee to the palms & store it in an air-tight container.

Enjoy this sweet .
