Pani puri Filling

Anytime all you can eat without any hardwork work in making of puris if available at grocery store 😊😊

Remaining all stuffing made by me ...my kitchen ...DCJ ...😊

Most of the time I prefer to make water in my style with different variations !!
Making paste from Mintleaves+ Ginger+Greenchillies+ Tamarind extract .

Next transfer this into bowl mixing with water, salt, garam masala , black salt , coriander powder, cumin powder.

You can use a net if don't like the paste to use!!

Poke small holes , add onion pieces, boiled peas, boiled potato , then water...

Put it in  your mouth & Enjoy !!

Biyyam Pindi Carrot Roti ~ Rice Flour Carrot Roti

Ingredients:
  • Rice flour- 2 cups
  • Onion- 1 small chopped
  • Grated Carrots-4 no
  • Green chilies-3no
  • Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
  • Curryleaves-few
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil
Preparation:
  • Take a blender/Jar ,add green chillies,salt,curry leaves,Cumin seeds and grind it to a paste.
  • Take a bowl,add the rice flour,onion,grated carrot,grounded paste and make a smooth ,fine dough.
  • Add water if needed.
  • Finally add a drop of cooking oil and move the dough so that the oil is applied to the dough with out sticking to the container.
  • Cover it with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • Now make a small balls from the dough and make a circle shaped with the fingers and applying little oil.
  • Heat a pan and cook it well on both sides by turning the Pancake.
  • Serve it hot with Spicy powder or Chutney!!

Quick & Easy Snack With Boiled Egg



This is very simple and easy  recipe ,I had a try for my kid .So ,I want to post my recipe to you all.Here you go for the recipe.

Igridients:
  • Boiled Eggs- 2no
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala,Cumin & Coriander Powder - little
Method:
  • Boil the eggs and remove the shell.
  • Take a plate ,with the help of Egg Cutter or with a knife cut the egg in to round pieces.
  • Arrange them well and sprinkle salt ,garam masala,cumin & coriander powder .
  • Enjoy with ur kids!!

Diamond Kajalu


I like this Diamond Kajalu since from my Child-hood onwards,remembering all those memories today I prepared this  snack item.My Mom prepared very often during my school days and I used to pack it in the snack box and eating  them  with the classmate friends ,all those are unforgettable for me.Almost everyone knows this snack item as every one might  have surely tasted this by their Loving Mother & Grand Mothers.So here is the preparing Method.

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose flour/Maida-1 cup
  • Salt- to taste
  • Ghee-1/2tbsp (optional)
  • Cumin seeds-1tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1tsp
  • Water -1/2 cup
  • Oil-for frying
Method:
  • Take a bowl,mix the flour with salt,Cumin seeds,ghee and by adding little amount of water and knead well  to form a firm and soft dough.
  • Now take a large lemon sized ball from the prepared dough and roll it in to flat chapathis rolling with the rolling pin and flouring in between with the maida.
  • Cut this prepared chapathi in to small diamonds with the help of  a knife.
  • Meanwhile Cover the reamining dough with the moist cloth otherwise the dough becomes dry.
  • Finish the rest of the dough.
  • Heat Oil in  aKadai and deep fry the diamonds in oil till golden brown on both sides.
  • Place them on oil absorbant paper and let it cool.
  • Store them in an air-tight Container.
  • Enjoy these with the Kids!!
Note:
  • We can also prepare Sweet diamond Kajalu in the same way replacing sugar instead of Chilli powder & omitting cumin seeds.
  • Mix sugar directly to the flour and fry it or you can make  a sugar syrup in single thread consistency and    drop the fried diamonds in to the syrup.
  • Try this also those who like Sweet!!

Carrot-65


Ingredients:

  • Carrots-3 no
  • Salt-sufficient to taste
  • Soya sauce-1/2 tspn
  • Chilli powder-1/4tspn
  • Coriander powder-1/4tspn
  • Azinomoto-1/4tspn
  • Ground pepper powder-1/4tspn
  • Green chilly and garlic paste-2tspn
  • Ginger garlic paste-1/4tspn
  • Curd-2tbsp
  • Red food color- a pinch
  • Corn flour and Besan flour (1:1 ratio)
  • Oil- for deep fry
Sauting:
  • Oil-tbspn
  • Garlic pods-3 no chopped
  • Green chillies- 3no vertically slitted
  • Curry leaves-few
  • Kothimeer
Method:

  • Take carrots,wash them and peel out the skin.
  • Cut them in to long pieces.
  • Take a large bowl and shift this chopped carrots and add sufficient salt.

  • To this add the above ingredients except oil and the flours.

  • Next add curd .Mix all nicely and marinate for 1hr.

  • After the completion of 1hr add pinch of red food color to this marinate.

  • Mix nicely and add enough corn flour and besan flour (1:1 ratio).Do not add water at all.
  • Only add the sufficient flours to the marinade.

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Deep fry carrot pieces as pakodis in medium hot oil.

  • Take them in to a paper towel.
  • Now heat a pan,add oil then add finely chopped garlic pods,green chillies,curry leaves and then add fried carrots.

  • Garnish with kothimeer
  • Saute it nicely and Serve hot.

Home Made Sun-Dried Potato Chips


This is an very easy and interesting food item which can be eaten as a favourite snack as a whole .In the Super markets the ingredient is the same i.e;Potato and only the addition of flavours varies.Every kid passes their childhood  with some Sweet memories regarding many things.In the same way this chips also makes to enjoy while eating and make us fun.

I know this Home made preparing Potato chips when I was studying in school from my Mom.She makes a lot during the month of Summer and I enjoy them whenever I want it .One interesting thing I used to do is Never helped Mom while arranging the Potatoes in the sheet of paper under the sun,but used to run when mom says to bring the dried chips at evening time.Because I used to eat those dried chips few  from the sheet .It is my funny memory.

So friends,the availability of Potatoes is main and also the heat of sun.So plan to have on a Sunny day as it helps to dry the chips soon by 2days.You can also have fun with your kids if they help you.Any how they help  you once it was fried in the Oil and served means.For this Home made Potato chips the flavor you can mix them is the red chili powder & salt.

So friends hurry up those who want to try this and enjoy with your family and have Fun.

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes - as many as you needed
  • Salt
  • Water
  • A potato slicer
  • Plastic sheet
Method:
  • Wash the Potatoes under water and scrub them well to remove dirt.
  • You can peel it if it is hard to remove dirt.
  • Slice the potatoes in to thin round circles.Do not slice them very thin.
  • Mean while ,boil the water by adding 1/2 tsp of salt for around 10 potatoes slices.
  • Make sure that the water quantity should be enough for the slices and they should submerge in the water.
  • When the water comes to a rolling boil with bubbles.
  • Turn off the heat and set the water container a side.
  • Now add the sufficient slices in to this salt water and cover it for about 10  minutes.
  • Then drain all the water .
  • Arrange the plastic sheet in the sun.Spread the potato slices and arrange the slice separately inorder not to be crowded.(This takes little time to arrange)
  • This makes us to have individually when fried in oil without sticking the slices more than one.
  • Let them dry in the sun and get them back in the evening time and check them if is dried completely in 1 day no need to dry them in the Next day.
  • Once it was completely dried remove carefully the dried Chips and store them in an Air-Tight Container.
  • Home Made Sun dried Potato Chips are ready!!!
These chips can be served by frying them in few seconds and can eat them whenever we want .

How to Cook them:
  • Heat a pan with sufficient oil for the chips.
  • Add a few dried chips ,take care not to be crowded.
  • Fry them and it would take only a few seconds to fry.
  • Take them in to a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle some salt and the Chili powder on the fried chips.
  • Serve it along with the meals or eat them as a snack.
  • Enjoy it!!

Mysore Bonda


This Mysore Bonda can be served as any time in a day.I remember that when my Mom Prepares this ; I used to ask her "In this Bonda ,Where is the Mysore? & does it is famous at Mysore" really very funny questions .Of course ,every one have a list of queries to Moms at their Child-hood.I had this Mysore Bonda prepared by my Mom and sometimes from the Tiffin stalls at Vijayawada.I love to eat these Mysore Bonda's from the "Komala Vilas" Hotel located at Vijayawada (My Home town).Today I tried this recipe by knowing it from My Mother.So here goes the recipe.
Ingredients:
  • All Purpose flour/Maida-1cup
  • Rice flour-1/2 cup
  • Curd-1 cup
  • Green Chillies-4 chopped
  • Onion-1/2 piece chopped (Optional)
  • Ginger-1/2 inch chopped
  • Curry leaves-5 to 6
  • Cumin Seeds-1/4tsp
  • Hing- a pinch
  • Baking soda-1/4tsp
  • Peanuts- few crushed
  • Salt -enough to taste
  • Oil
Cooking Procedure:
  • Take a bowl,mix all purpose flour&rice flour,salt,hing ,baking soda with curd and make a thick batter.
  • Let it soak for 2 to 3 hrs.
  • Now add the green chillies,chopped ginger,curry leaves,peanuts to the batter.
  • Heat oil in a medium flame.
  • Take the batter in the form of small balls and insert them very carefully in to the oil.
  • Fry the Bondas to golden brown color from all sides.
  • Place the Bonda's in to a plate.
  • Hot Hot & yummy....yummy Mysore Bondas are ready to eat  with Coconut chutney or Ginger Chutney.

Chakraalu


Chakraalu is one of the Famous Festive traditional South India item.Chakraalu is also known as Murukku or Janthikalu.Its preparation is simple if the Murukku Press is available and if not also we can done it by passing the dough like a thread and forming a circular shape. This is an all time snack item for kids and elders.Children can enjoy its crackling sound while eating and even me too when I am a Kid.Now enjoying it by seeing when my kid eats it.I am sure all the South Indian people almost like this and it goes well as a Tasty tea time snack .I remember well this item was prepared specifically during the "Pongal /Sankranthi" Festival and my school Vaccation time by my Grand Mother when I reach her for the holidays.So friends , I am posting for you all  for the upcoming" Pongal " festival .Try and Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
  • Rice flour/Biyyam Pindi-3 cups
  • Besan flour/Gram flour/Senagapindi-1 cup
  • Red chillipowder according to taste
  • Ajwaiin/Vaamu-2tsps
  • Hot cooking oil-little
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying
Apparatus: Murukku Press & Plastic Sheet

Preparation:
  • Take vessel or bowl ,Mix the Rice flour,Besan flour,Ajwaiin,salt,and red chilli powder and mix well using little water at a time.
  • While mixing the dough add little hot oil and mix it well to form a soft dough.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan for frying.
  • Divide the dough in to small portions and place the small dough in to the Murukku press by fixing it with the desired shapes.
  • Press these directly in to the oil or you can press them on a Plastic sheet and place them in the oil.
  • Fry the  chakraalu  till golden brown.
  • Use this dough for making various shapes of chakraalu.
  • Drain the excess oil by placing these Chakraalu on a Paper Napkin.
  • Cool and store it an air -tight container and are ready to eat anytime of the day.

Note:
  • Replace the Besan With Urad dal (Minapa Pindi) to get a different vesrsion.
  • Also can try with the Millet flour and you can add little quantity of melted butter for taste.

      Bread Laddu ~ Sweet Bread Balls

      This Laddu preparation is very simple and everyone can enjoy its taste well by melting the balls in the mouth.Bread Balls can be served as a simple Evening sweet snack item.This can be prepared very soon ,If some one arrives home and also marks as a special Dessert for any Get together & Kitty Parties.So friends ,have a look to my recipe and try it to taste & enjoy.

      Ingredients:
      • Bread-10
      • Sugar (Powdered)-100 gm
      • Ghee-5tsp
      • Almonds-5
      • Cashews-5
      • Raisins-5
      • Elachi /Cardomom- 3 pods powdered
      • Fresh Grated Coconut-2tbsp

      Preparation:
      •  Remove the brown part or the edges of the bread slices with a knife and put the bread in the mixy jar.
      • Make it as Rava (Do not use water) & shift in to a bowl.
      • Add powdered sugar,Elachi powder,grated coconut to this bread and mix well.
      • In a frying pan,heat ghee, and fry all the cashews,almonds & raisins and add it to the bread.
      • Using that ghee,make the bread into small balls.
      • Yummy...Yummy Bread Laddu's are ready & Enjoy!!
      Note:
      • Coconut & Elachi are together can be make Powdered.

      Bread Manchuria



      This can be made very easily ,without boiling any vegetables and Every one can easily like to taste these Bread Manchuria as it tastes differ.  I tried this for the First time and turned out well and completed soon.So ,have a look and try these Crispy item.
      Ingredients:
      • Bread slices- 4 no
      • Greenchillies-2 no
      • Carrot - 1 no grated
      • Ginger/Garlic paste-1tsp
      • Curd/Yogurt-1tbsp
      • Onion-1 finely chopped
      • Coriander Powder- 1/2tsp
      • Cumin seeds-1/2tsp
      • Salt to taste
      • Oil for frying
      For Gravy:
      • Tomato sauce-1tbsp
      • Onion-1 no cut in lengthwise or Choose spring onions -1/4 cup
      • Garlic pods-4no
      • Kothimeer- few for garnishing
      • Oil-1tbsp
      Preparation:
      • Take a blender or mixy jar ,grind the green chillies adjusting along with the salt to taste.
      • Now takea bowl,cut bread slices with the hand ,removing of edges is optional.
      • Add the grinded chillipaste,cumin seeds,coriander powder,salt,finely choped onions,ginger,garlic paste,grated carrot and mix them well by adding the yogurt/curd to form a thick consistency.
      • Heat pan with the oil for deep fry.
      • Make a fine balls of your choice from the bread mixture and drop them in to the oil and fry them until they turn in golden color ,keeping the gas in very lowflame.
      • Remove the balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain all the excess oil.
      • Now heat 1tbsp of oil in another pan,add the spring onions or lengthwise chopped onions and let it saute, add the chopped garlic pieces and mix well.
      • Add the Tomato sauce and it gets thicken ,now add the fried bread balls and mix them all well and Finally garnish with some Corainder leaves.
      • Yummy.........Yummy Bread Manchuria is ready to serve.

      Note:
      • You can also make bread in to powder and use it.
      • If you are not using the mixed bread mixture immediately to fry,add a little amount of cornflour to bind it and fry them.

      Atukula Vada ~ Poha Vada


      This Vada tastes slightly a little change as the Vada made with some dals like Urad,Chanadal,Moong dal etc.This vada mix is prepared instantly without using the Mixy jars /Wet grinders .We can often prepare for your Kids and family members as this tastes well.So here goes the Yummy...Yummy recipe.

      Ingredients:
      • Atukulu/Poha-1cup
      • Curd/Yogurt-2cups
      • Onion-1 chopped (optional)
      • Ginger,Garlic paste-2tsp
      • Salt to taste
      • Cumin seeds-1/4tsp
      • Basin flour/Gram flour/Senaga pindi-1cup
      • Green chillies-2tsp
      • Oil for deep fry
      Method:
      • Take a bowl and mix the Poha /Atukulu with the curd and keep it a side for 15mins.
      • After 15 mins,add the above ingredients except oil and mix well to form a thick batter.Add little quantity of water only if needed.
      • Take a kadai and heat the oil for deep frying.
      • Make vadas in circular shape or in any desired shapes for your kids and drop it in the oil.
      • Fry the vada tille they turn in golden color and shift them in to plate placing with a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
      • Serve them with  tomato sauce or Chutney.

      Potato & Greenchilly Bajji's ~ Aloo & Mirchi Bajji's



      Mirchi Bajji / Mirapakaya Bajji is the common snack or appetizer to start with.Be it any season or celebration ,this Mirchi Bajji can be served at our home or can easily get it from near by street stalls.It is very famous in India.Being Mirchi ,as the hottest vegetable,It is still a favourite snack item to many people.It can be tastes good with Coconut or Tomato Chutney.This is an excellent recipe can be found in many places of India,dipping the Mirchis in big "Bandi's".So ,friends I tried & turned out well & tasted good and you may also like this hot ..hot Yummy..yummy  Aloo & Mirchi Bajji's with Fresh fleshy.

      Ingredients:
      • Long Chillies/ Jalapeno-6
      • Potato-2no (Peel off the skin & cut small slices with the help of Knife or Potato slicer and place them in a bowl of water)
      • Gramflour/Besan/Channaflour-3cups
      • Vamu/Ajwaiin or Cumin/Jeera seeds-1tsp
      • Salt to taste
      • Turmeric - a pinch
      • Dhaniya/Coriander powder - to sprinkle
      • Water - as needed to mix the batter
      • Oil-for deep frying
      For stuffing or Filling the Bajji's there are different  types.
      1. Peanut & Tamarind paste or Amchur powder: Handful roasted powdered peanut & one small lime size tamarind juice  or 1tsp Amchurpowder & Salt.
      2. Sesame seeds &Tamarind paste: Mix about 5tsp of slightly roasted sesame (till) seeds ground to powder with small lime size tamarind soaked in warm water and remove thick juice & add salt.
      3. Potato & Lime Juice: You can have a raw potato grated or boiled potato mash ,Limejuice & Salt.
      4. Chanadal & Onion: Soak 2tbsp of Chanadal in water ,Chop 1 onion and grind it to form a fine paste & add salt.
      Prepare the Stuffing with any one of the variety and keep it aside.

      Cooking Process:
      • Take a bowl,mix the flour,Jeera,ajwaiin,salt & turmeric to a thick paste with water.
      • Slit the chillies in Lengthwise & remove the seeds if it is too hot.
      • Stuff the Chillies with the stuffing you made and keep it  in ready.
      • In a wide pan,add oil.When the oil is hot dip the chillies in the besan flour and put it in the oil and fry it medium heat till golden brown.
      • Drain it on a paper towel.
      • Sprinkle with Coriander/Dhaniya powder  or Jeera powder and Serve them in a plate when it is hot.
      • In the same Besan flour,dip the sliced potato pieces and put it in oil and fry it.
      • Drain it on  paper towel & Serve along with the Stuffed Mirapakaya Bajji's in a plate.
      • Enjoy the taste by having with a cup of tea!!
      Variation:
      • If you have no time to preapare the Stuffing for Miirapakayalu,Simply make bajjis and let it cool &slit them lengthwise .Chop Onions finely,add salt & LimeJuice.Mix them with fingers and stuff them and they taste excellent.
      • These can also be served as a chat like ,Cut the Mirchi Bajjis in to roundpieces & spread them in a plate .Sprinkle  chopped onions,Salt & lemon juice with some fine sev.
      • Can be eaten along with rice mixed with any type of dals & Curries with a few drops of Ghee.
      Note:
      • Do not slit chillies too long, the stuffed paste comes out of the Chillies.
      • Adjust the salt,tamarind juice or limejuice to taste.
      • Remove the seeds of the chillies ,if they are too hot to eat.

      Gobi Fritters ~ Cauliflower Fritters

      This recipe tastes very good and I learned this from one "Food Channel" in Television, when I am at India.I tried this & was very nice taste.My kid and Hubby finished the plate almost very soon .We can also prepare for small Kitty parties and Get- together functions.So friends all of you try & taste it.

      Ingredients:
      • Cauliflower- 1no
      • Maida /All purpose flour-1cup
      • Haldi/Turmeric/Pasupu- a pinch
      • Bakingsoda- a pinch(Add very little bit,increasing the quantity may extracts excess oil,while frying.)
      • Pepper powder-1/2tsp
      • Salt- to taste
      • Garam masala-1/2tsp
      • Redchilipowder-1/2 tbsp
      • Ginger/Garlic paste-1/2tbsp
      • Eggs -2 optional
      • Water - to make a batter
      • Oil- for deep fring
      • Cilantro/Kothimeer/Coriander leaves- few handful
      For Gravy:
      • Onion-1no chopped
      • Soyasauce-1/2tbsp
      • Tomato Ketchup or Tomato sauce-1/2tbsp
      • Oil-1tbsp
      Preparation:
      • Divide the Florets from the Cauliflower.
      • Take a Vessel and boil water along with salt.
      • Add the Florets and boil for 5minutes.
      • Drain all the water and keep it aside & let it cool.
      • Take a large bowl,shift the Flour & Spices.
      • Mix well with hand & Now beat the Egg and add to the bowl and this time you can use spoon to mix .
      • Add little water for making batter those who doesn't  like to eat Egg.
      • Make a soft batter ,inorder to dip the florets to fry.
      • Now take a pan ,add oil and heat it.
      • Once the oil gets heated and starts bubbles.
      • Change the gas in to low flame,dip the boiled florets .
      • With the help of spoon,add these florets to the Oil pan .
      • Fry it well till it turns in Golden color.(Be careful while frying,sometimes the floret breaks out if any water left means)
      • Remove the fried florets and place them in to a paper tissue to drain the excess oil from it.
      • Keep these a side in a plate.
      • Take a pan ,heat it with oil .
      • Add the chopped onions and saute it .
      • Once gets cooked all the Onions,add the Soya sauce & Tomato sauce .
      • Mix it well.
      • Now taste these gravy with Fried Gobi Fritters.
      • Serve these Fritters along with the gravy and Garnish with some onions & Cilantro.
      • Enjoy the Day with these Yummy...........Yummy Fritters.
      Tip:
      • You can also try the Fritters using various types of vegtable like Capsicum,Potato & Carrot etc of your Choice.(No need to boil when you are trying with "Capsicum")
      • Plain fried Fritters can taste well with Salsa.
      • Choose spoon for dipping Florets in to oil,inorder to avoid stickyness to hands.

      Gobi Manchurian


      Ingredients:
      • Maida/All purpose flour-2tbsp
      • Rice flour-1tbsp
      • Corn flour-3/4 tbsp
      • Onion-1 small
      • Garlic-2 cloves chopped
      • Ginger chopped-1/2tsp
      • Green chillies-2 chopped
      • salt to taste
      • Cauliflower-1 small
      • Soya sauce-1tbsp
      • Tomato sauce-2tbsp
      • Ginger/garlic paste-1/2tsp
      • Oil to deep fry
      • Kothimeer leaves to garnish
      Preparation:
      • Take a bowl and add the all purpose flour,rice flour and corn flour and add little water and salt to make a thin batter.
      • Now remove or cut the florets from the Cauliflower and cook it in the boiled water for 3mins.
      • Drain all the water from the florets andkeep it aside.
      • Take a pan or Kadai ,heat oil in it .
      • Dip the florets in to the batter and allow to deep fry till it turns in to crispy and golden color and keep them a side.
      • Now take another pan and put very little oil like 1tbsp and let it heat.
      • Add finely chopped green chillies,garlic and ginger pieces and saute them a while.
      • Then add finely chopped onions and saute them until the onions turn brown.
      • Add ginger garlic paste and mix up well with a spatula.
      • Add soya sauce and tomato sauce in to the pan and cook it well by adding little water.
      • Now add the fried Cauliflower florets in to the mixture and cook it for 2mins under a lowflame and turn off the gas.
      • Finally sprinkle the Coriander leaves on the top and serve it in to bowl.

      Potato Bajji/Aloo Bajji

      Potato Bajji is a most popular delicious snack recipe in India,especially in South India.Bajji can be made with potato,onion,bell peppers to suit the taste of your guests.It is spicy and delicious evening snack and serves as a great appetizer for any party.You can serve bajji with coriander chutney or tomato sauce or any hot sauce or chopped onions sprinkled with lemon juice.Sambar and coconut chutney are great too.So friends learn how to make potato bajji by following the recipe with Atta and Maida flour.


      Ingredients:
      • Potato-2 thinly sliced
      • Atta/Chapati flour/wheat flour-1/2 cup
      • Maida/All purpose flour-1 cup
      • Chili powder-2 teaspoons
      • Salt to taste as required
      • Zeera/Cumin seeds- a pinch
      • Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
      • Bicarbonate of soda-2teaspoons
      • Water-1/2 cup
      • Oil for deep frying
      Preparation:
      • Sift Maida flour,Atta flour,chili powder,salt ,Ginger garlic paste in to a bowl.
      • Add water to make a smooth creamy batter ,adding a little more water if necessary .
      • Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and dip the potato  in to the batter,one at a time.
      • When it turns light brown,turn over and fry another side.
      • Serve the potato bajji by taking in to a plate with Tomato ketchup or Tamarind sauce or Onions or any of your favourite dip and enjoy the day.
      Tip:
      • You can also substitute sliced onion,brinjal (egg plant),paneer,egg or capsicum(bel lpepper),cauliflower.
      • If you think it is too much work to prepare your own flour,just buy the instant flour mix from any Indian Grocery store.
