Ingredients:
- Poha-1/3 cup
- Bread slices- 4 no
- Water- little
- Salt -required to taste
- Green chillies - 2 no chopped (or) Chilipowder-1tsp
- Carrot- 1 no grated
- Onion- 1no chopped
- Sooji ravva/Bombay ravva- little for binding
- Kothimeer for garnishing
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Take a vessel or a bowl,add the poha,grated carrot,green chillies or red chilipowder ,onion and salt.
- Now dip the bread slices in the water and press with the hands to remove the water.
- Add this bread in to the bowl and mix well.(Water not required)
- Heat the pan with oil.
- Now take a small mixture from the bowl and roll it and just roll it on a plate with Sooji.
- Dip them slowly in to the hot oil and fry them well til they turn in to golden color.
- Place them on a plate with a tissue paper to absorb any excess oil.
- Serve them on a plate by garnishing with kothimeer,Onion & Tomatoes.
- Yummy....Yummy Poha rolls are ready to taste with Tomato Ketchup!!!
