Ingredients:
- Pudina leaves-1 bunch
- Scallion-4 finely choped
- Onion -1 chopped lengthwise
- Garam masala-1 tsp
- Green chillies-4 (Slit in Lengthwise)
- Cashewnuts-6
- Salt to taste
- Oil-1tbsp
- Ginger/Garlic paste-1tsp
- Cooked Basmati rice/Sona masoori rice-2 cups
Preparation:
- Take a pan and heat it;once it get heated add oil to it.
- Add Spring Onions,Onions ,Green chillies and make them fry til they become transparent.
- Add Cashewnuts to the above mix and fry them too.
- Finally,add Ginger/Garlic Paste and cook it for 2mins.
- Take a large vessel and add cooked rice in to it by adjusting salt.
- Add all these Mint Masala.
- Serve Hot with Raita or Plain Yogurt/Curd and enjoy the day.
