Cauliflower & MintPaste Roti



Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower -1
  • Ginger small piece
  • Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Greenchillies-4
  • Mint leaves - 2 tbsp 
  • Boiled Water 2cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour-3 cups
  • Oil  Or Ghee to cook
Procedure:
  • In a Mixy jar add the chopped ginger,mint leaves,cumin seeds,salt grind it.
  • Chop the cauliflower and keep it in the boiled water for 5 minutes.
  • Add Turmeric to the water.
  • Strain the water and add the Cauliflower in to the Mixy jar and turn it for to make a paste.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Now take a bowl with Wheat flour,mix the paste add salt accordingly.
  • Knead the dough without adding any water.
  • Add some oil and let it be sit for 5 minutes.
  • Later heat the Chapati pan .
  • Make small balls from the dough and shape it to a circle shape with the Roller by dusting with some flour in order not to stick to your hands.
  • Now cook it on both sides well with Oil or Ghee.
  • Serve it in to a plate with Plain Yogurt or any Chutney.
  • Enjoy it!!
