Stuffed Jalapeno Fry



This recipe is very easy to cook if the Jalapenos are ready,and can serve hot & Spicy Jalapenos with the rice.We can also prepare with the normal green chillies too ,if desired Jalapeno's are not available.We can also prepare the same stuffing and cook the procedure with the Simla Mirchi or Capsicum & Bell peppers also.So , here goes the recipe.

Ingredients:
  • Jalapeno's - 2 no
  • Oil-2tbsp
  • Besan flour/Gram flour/Senaga pindi-1tbsp
  • Garam Masala-1/2tsp
  • Coriander powder-1tsp
  • Salt-1/2 tsp
  • Fresh Grated coconut or Dry coconut -1tbsp
  • Tamarind Juice or Lemon Juice-1tsp
  • Grated Carrot-1tbsp
Method:
  • Divide the Jalapeno's with a Knife vertically an dkeep it aside.
  • Now mix all the above ingredients except the oil.
  • Stuff the mixture in to the Jalapeno's.
  • Heat oil in a pan,and fry the Peppers ,by turning them in the middle to cook completely and you can cover with a lid .
  • Turn off the flame and serve along with the rice with a dollop of Ghee.


Note:
  • You can remove the inner seeds of the peppers or Chillies ,if too hot & Do not slit too long as the stuffing may comes out.
  • Add little sugar if you need for taste.
  • You might also follow the other stuffings for the mirchi here and fry them well.
