Ingredients:
- Cooked Dal -1/3 cup
- Fresh Grated Ginger-1 tsp
- Lemon Juice-1tbsp
- Oil- 1tbsp
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Green Chillies- 2no
- Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
- Mustard Seeds-1/2tsp
- Asafoetida- a pinch
- Red Chilli Powder - 1no
- Curry leaves- few
- Water- 2 cups
Method:
- Take a Vessel ,heat with oil.
- Add the Mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,Asafoetida,Red chillies,Green Chillies,Curry leaves,add the grated ginger.
- Fry them all well.
- Now Mash the cooked dal and add to the seasoning.
- Mix it well,add the water,adjust with salt and allow to boil it.
- Nice aroma starts and this stage turn off the flame and add the Lemon juice.
- Mix well and serve with the Rice.
