Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes
- Red Onions
- Salt
- Green Chillies
- Dry Coconut Powder
Seasoning:
- Vegetable cooking Oil
- Mustard Seeds
- Cumin Seeds
- Split chickpea lentils
- Dry Whole Red Chilly
- Asafoetida powder
- Curry leaves
- Turmeric Powder
Preparation:
- Peel off the skin of boiled Potatoes ,mash it with your hand fingers or with a steel spoon and keep it aside.
- Take a pan and heat it with some cooking oil.
- Next add the seasoning & Turmeric Powder.
- Now add the chopped red onion and saute it well.
- Add the mashed potato,salt,red chilly powder and mix well.
- Let it cook for few minutes .
- Finally add a lemon juice and coriander leaves .
- Ready to serve with Rice or Rotis.
