Kids may feel bore always having bread along with butter and Jam.This variety of item will help for all the kids to pack their Tiffin box to the school by their Mom's.It's making is very easy and simple if we have a Bread and Healthy fresh Vegetables,better choose which your kids like most.The combining of all the Veggies and placing on the bread ,mixing with some spices makes good taste for children.So here goes the recipe.
Ingredients:
Bread pieces- 4no
Butter- to roast the bread
Red Chillipowder-1/2 tsp
Tomatoes- 1 no chopped
Keera/Cucumber- 1 no chopped
Onion- 1 no chopped
Garam Masala- a pinch
Coriander powder- a pinch
Pepper powder- a pinch
Salt to taste
Lemon juice- 1/2 tbsp
Garnishing:
Carrot Grated
Cilantro/Kothimeer/Coriander leaves
Cooking Method:
Take a large bowl,Combine all the above vegetables and mix up well with all spices and ajust with salt.
Sprinkle lemon juice and mix well and keep it a side.
Now roast the bread by applying butter on a pan or in a toaster.
Stuff the chopped vegetable mixture on the top of the bread and garnish with Coriander and Grated carrot.
Bread Veggie is ready for your Lovely Children.
