Cauliflower Fry



Ingredients:
  • Cauliflower -1 no
  • Black pepper powder-1/2tsp
  • Salt-1tsp
  • Red chilipowder-1tsp
  • Kothimeer leaves for garnishing
  • Oil-2 tbsp
Method:
  •  Remove the florets from the Cauliflower and clean it with water& drain all the excess water.
  • Heat the pan with oil,add these florets and stir for a while.
  • Keep the gas in low flame ,to avoid the pieces not to turn in black.
  • Cover with a lid on the top of the pan ,add very little water if necessary & cook it well.
  • Now add the Salt,Pepper powder &Chillipowder to the frying florets & mix well.
  • Finally garnish with a few leaves of Cilantro .
  • Serve it with a Hot rice or Roti.


Variation:
  • Add ,ginger garlic paste & garam masala powder for taste.
  • You can also boil the florets for 3 minuts in a hot water.
